Message: I have fond memories of working as an Architect for projects that Arnie developed. He was one of that rare breed of clients with whom it was fun to work. As previous neighbors, my wife and I send our sincerest condolences to the family.

Message: I work with Laurie at UCONN Health Center. I can only assume that Arnie Hurwit must have been a remarkable man because I saw how devoted Laurie was to his care. She obviously loved him very much. My thoughts and prayers are with you, Laurie, and the rest of your family in this time of sadness.

Arnie had such a wonderful sense of humor and always there to help.I remember when I locked myself out of my condo and Arnie was there right away to help. He will be missed by all who loved him.
