Message: I am very sorry for your loss! Dr Maislen fixed all three of the Sowalsky childrens mouths and I being the oldest ( 60 ish!) am speaking on behalf of the three of us by saying that he was dentist whom we never feared, always smiled at us, and always said how much better we looked each time we went, so that we were anxious to have our next appointment. My mom, Clara Sowalsky also sends her deepest sympathy. We pray for your strength to help you through this difficult time.

Message: How can we forget this wonderful, loving, dedicated individual who served as a mentor to me throughout my dental career? What an impression he made on me for his compassion, his ethics, his integrity, and his knowledge. Irving was what we all know as a "mentsch", a person who cared for others, who wanted his patients to have the highest quality of dentistry he could provide, and who wanted every other dentist to feel the same way. He was a leader whom all respected and listened to. He will be sorely missed, but his great memories remain to serve as solace to all the family and all of his friends.
