Message: Dear Joe & Family, Please accept our deepest condolences on Lois' sudden passing. There aren't words to tell you how devastated we are. Lois was a dear friend who will always be remembered for her warm hospitality, sharp sense of humor, kind heart, generosity and deep interest in everything and everyone around her. Her happy and upbeat spirit lit up a room. We'll miss her very much, and share your loss. May her memory be for a blessing, and may she rest in peace

Message: Lois and I became acquainted as teenagers when we tried to get the teenagers from Moodus and Colechester to socialize together. While we enjoyed the company, we were without transportation so the idea was left to continue as pen pals which we did for awhile. I never forget that sweet personality and the fact that we shared a wish for Jewish teens to be able to socialize with others nearby. I am sure she was a remarkable adult who I would have enjoyed keeping in contact with. The world has lost a bright light with Lois's passing.

Message: Our memories of Lois are all great ones that we will cherish forever. The many trips the four of us took;Lois taking us on the 'grand tour' of our new'ish' hometown of Colchester, breakfast at Rose's Farm and just recently Memorial Day- the parade, stopping at D.D.'s for a cold one and then the picnic at our house. Etc, Etc. We love you both, and will always treasure our friendship and our times together. Joe, Natalie, and Ethan, our hearts go out to you. We will always be there for you. Lots of love, Joanne and Jerry

Message: To the Fleischmann family, I was very sorry to learn that Lois passed away. I met her when I joined the Lois Club. Lois was so friendly and always had a smile and a cheery hello for everyone. The Lois Club makes the beds at Paul Newman's Camp for one week each summer. I was in a group with Lois and she always made it fun. We are scheduled to do the beds this Wednesday and I will miss having her there with us. However, she will be in our thoughts and prayers. My sincere condolence to the family. Lois was a wonderful, warm person who will be missed.

Message: Author unknown Do not stand by my grave and weep, I am not there, I do not sleep,I am a thousand winds that blow,I am a diamond glint on the snow,I am the sunlight on ripened grain, I am the gentle autum rain. When you awake in the morning hush, I am the swift uplifting rush, Of quiet birds in circling flight, I am the soft starshine at night, Do not stand by my grave and cry, I am not there, I DID NOT DIE. With our deepest regret and sympathy.....
